Dave Pelham

David spent 29 years working with Redifon, Rediffusion, Hughes and Thomson Training & Simulation holding a number of key positions including that of Contracts Manager. He has travelled extensively during his career to many simulator locations world wide and has established and maintained a close working relationships with many operators and training organisations.

In September 1997 he left Thomson Training & Simulation to set up and operate Wightlea Aircraft Simulator Services Ltd from the existing offices of Wightlea Ltd in Henfield West Sussex. Since then, David has managed to create a significant niche market thereby further enhancing the services offered to the aviation industry by Wightlea.

Tanya Brydon

Tanya joined the Simulation team in October 1999 from Rediffusion Simulation and handles the accounts and supports David.
